Winona DAC Recognized as WSU’s Minnesota Campus Compact & President’s Community Partner Award Winner

Winona, Minn – The Winona Development Achievement Center (DAC) has been selected as the 2018 Winona State University awardee for the Minnesota Campus Compact and President’s Community Partner Award.  The Winona DAC was selected because of their excellent work in making Winona and Winona State University a better place for all.  The DAC has partnered with Winona State Universities’ Social Work program for years, and provides Field Experience placement and, internship opportunities for WSU students.

The Winona DAC will be recognized at WSU’s annual Civic Engagement Award Ceremony, on Tuesday, April 3rd from 3:30-5:00pm in the Student Activity Center located in the lower level of Kryzsko Commons.

In addition, the Winona DAC will also attend the statewide Summit and Awards Luncheon on Thursday, April 19th at Hamline University in St. Paul.  Information about the Summit can be found at: http://mncampuscompact.org/event/2017-state-summit-and-awards-luncheon/.
